To be charitable and educational within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, including, but not limited to, medical education, research, and the betterment of public health; And (2). To do any and all which is necessary or essential for the attainment of the stated purposes for the benefit of the poor, the distressed and the underprivileged by a. Providing and dispensing medical care and health services through suitable facilities b. Establishing and supporting medical facilities and related services c. Owning, operating and managing healthcare facilities: hospitals, clinics and other. d. Fostering the dissemination of culturally sensitive health information.
