St. Vincent Infirmary Development Foundation
The St. Vincent Health System is a not-for-profit, full-service health care organization, founded in 1888 by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, Kentucky. St. Vincent staff members continue to serve the total health needs of individuals as a member of Catholic Health Initiatives, a national not-for-profit health care organization comprised of 68 hospitals in 19 states. The St. Vincent Health System is led by a nineteen-member board of directors who represent the leadership of central Arkansas business and medical communities. St. Vincent Health System's strategic plan, implemented at all levels and monitored by senior leadership, emphasizes the organization's commitment to ministering to the health care needs of others.
