Seasons form the natural OUR FARM MARKET The Five Points Community Farm Market is a project of the Five Points Partnership a 501c3 nonprofit formed in October 2000 as a grassroots community organization. The Farm Market CSA PROGRAM Our Community Supported Agriculture program is Seasonal. Youll be able to check out whats in your CSA each week through our Fresh This Week newsletter which will also contain whats fresh new and local FRESH THIS WEEK Farm to Table Menu and New Weekly Seasonal Specials each week.
