The organization's primary exempt purpose is to provide assistance to native American tribes, local governments and grassroots organizations we try to identify and implement programs that lead to more sustainable community and economic development in the areas of energy, the environment and land-use planning the organization augments these initiatives with appropriate training and education to facilitate long-term natural resource management solutions under local direction and control
