THE PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO RECEIVE CONTRIBUTIONS AND OTHER FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND MAKE DISTRIBUTIONS TO THE UNITED STATES FUND FOR UNICEF TO BE USED TO BENEFIT CHILDREN THROUGHOUT THE WORLD. IN FY23, THE BRIDGE FUND DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CONTRIBUTIONS AND DID NOT MAKE ANY DISTRIBUTIONS. THE BRIDGE FUND IS IN THE PROCESS OF WINDING DOWN AND IS WORKING TO LEGALLY DISSOLVE.
