During a testing period, Middle Schoolers at one of our mindful schools, Ethos Elementary, were guided through a brain break by their mindfulness coach Ms Vee last week. When asked how they felt overall, one student shared, “I felt calm and it made me think of all the things I'm grateful for." When asked for a thumbs-up or thumbs-down on the experience, everyone gave a thumbs-up.
