Now, they spend their afternoons laughing, playing basketball, and hanging out at SOAR Teen Club, just being kids. At Community Living’s SOAR Program, children and teens with disabilities have a safe, supportive place where they can be themselves, make friends, and build independence. As Jamalh’s mom puts it, “At SOAR, he’s the norm, not the exception.
