Columbia Rowing Club Founded 1998 The Columbia Rowing Club is a 501c3 organization that was founded in 1998 on the Broad River in the midlands of South Carolina. We aim to advance the sport of rowing in this area by meeting the needs of introductory recreational and competitive rowers. Location Address 1881 Omarest Dr Columbia SC 29210 Omarest Drive will end at the stop sign continue straight until the road becomes a dirt road. Follow signs for Richland County Rowing Center along the dirt road veering left continuing parallel to the Broad River and ending in front of the building.
