The foundation will exist to inspire and promote literacy by holding fundraisers to provide books and scholarships and resources to Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten and college students. This will ensure that the legacy and memory of Joseph Riley Armstead III will be preserved and the passion he had for education and the thirst for knowledge will always be remembered.
