The mission of The GVC Foundation, Inc., is to fund projects in coordination with the Green Valley Council, which enhance and support the interests and unmet needs of the Greater Green Valley Community. The Foundation supports the community as a whole and has also identified several Charitable Committees for which it has long standing, special programming commitments related to flag raising, community health, environmental protection and beautification, support of Pima County parks located in Green Valley, and Volunteer Day opportunities. The Foundation and the Charitable Committees are funded through grants, memberships, donations, and fund raising events.
