savagecrimeprevention.org Keeping our community safe. Who we are The Savage Crime Prevention Association SCPA is a nonprofit 501c3 organization that is operated by members of the community. Since 2014 the SCPA has been a valuable supporter of the Savage Police Department and proud contributor to many police department crime prevention programs and services that may not be covered in the departments annual budget. The SCPA is managed by a volunteer board of directors comprised of local residents business owners representatives from civic groups and police personnel who work together to educate the public on how to make their home neighborhood and community a safer place to live and work.
