Who We Are Kentucky TRIO originally founded as KAEOPP The Kentucky Association of Educational Opportunity Program Personnel is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to helping disadvantaged students of all ages. Our members serve students ranging from middle school age to high school age to college age and adults. Our students typically come from lower income households where no one had previously completed a college degree.
