Today we will share a Ukrainian recipe for a juicy rabbit dish made by our volunteer Pasha. Rabbit recipe....follow the simple steps: 1) Buy 1 full rabbit 2) Wash rabbit and then put it in a saucepan and fill it with water and 100-150 grams of salt. 3) Let it soak for three hours minimum. 4) Rinse the meat with clean water. 5) Heat the frying pan to medium heat. 6) Dip the meat in sour cream and then flour and fry for 10 minutes. 7) Add chopped onions and continue to cook for another 10 minutes. 8) Add 3/4 cup of white wine and simmer for another 10 minutes. 9) Now the final touch!
