We are a 501(c)(3) public charity. We are looking to be the first responders to assist pets and their families in disaster situations. We are also assist in getting dogs adopted, fostered, vetted from Puerto Rico to New York and surrounding states. Assist the rescue of dogs and cats in disaster areas. Current target area is Puerto Rico where there are abandoned animals roaming the streets. Rescuing puppies and kittens - veterinary health protocols - transport to United States for foster and adoption. Spay/neuter/release feral cats
