The Hope Roots mission is to increase access to trauma-informed mental health services... Hope Roots creates access to support and therapy for those affected by trauma. We invest in safe spaces for trauma survivors and provide care and training for both professionals and non-professionals who work with trauma survivors. Through international projects, we address the shortage of professional help as well as the stigma of accessing help faced by many across the globe.

Hope Roots Our mission is to increase access to traumainformed mental health services through training partnerships and trauma therapy. Therapy Services Classes Individual Trauma Therapy At our office in Fort Collins Colorado and via telehealth throughout Colorado we work to create access to the latest trauma treatment modalities. We believe in empowering clients with neuroscienceinformed psychoeducation so that they can be experts in their own mental health and view their symptoms as adaptations to stress and trauma over their lifespan rather than a diagnosis. Our therapy team members have training in evidencebased treatments for anxiety depression Posttraumatic stress disorder complex trauma dissociative disorders anger issues abuse recovery and grief.
