The Dr. Shirley Linzy Young Artists Orchestra of Las Vegas (YAO) is the only tuition-free and profes The Dr. Shirley Linzy Young Artists Orchestra of Las Vegas is the only tuition-free music program in the State of Nevada. We are profoundly passionate about educating, promoting, and developing the musical talent of our students through diverse & cultural music programming, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement. We strongly believe students in our program learn to build better relationships through teamwork and engagement, analytical skill development, and time management, to name a few. Regardless of career choice, these are skills which will transfer over and build successful careers and outstanding citizens for the betterment of our community.
