Memory Daybyday
Memory DayByDay serves people diagnosed with early-onset and early-stage Alzheimer's dementia. We offer educational, social, and emotional support through lectures and talks, mental and social activities, and support groups. We are in the process of developing a research project to see if ASL (American Sign Language) can increase communication between the person with dementia and their caregivers, especially as the disease process progresses. We hope this will decrease caregiver burden and improve the quality of life for both the person with dementia and the caregiver.
