This means we are a tax-exempt organization, and your donations are tax-deductible. The Rescue4All Refuge is on ten fully fenced acres and has 5200 square feet and ten fenced acres dedicated to our foster dogs. R4A was born out of a pressing need. The local Spokane community and neighboring rural counties around Spokane are home to countless unwanted and in-need animals, a problem of significant scale and urgency.
