Biking for Babies

Mission and Activities

Biking for Babies aims to renew the culture of life by combining cycling with spiritual formation. The organization's primary event is the National Ride, a six-day cycling journey where young adults, after months of spiritual and physical preparation, ride hundreds of miles to raise funds and awareness for pregnancy resource centers. These centers provide vital support to pregnant women and families in need.

During the National Ride, participants are split into teams and follow various routes across the U.S., engaging with local communities, churches, and supporters along the way. The event culminates in celebratory events, highlighting the importance of advocating for the unborn and supporting families facing pregnancy-related challenges.

History and Impact

Since its inception, Biking for Babies has supported over 125 pregnancy-resource centers and has raised over $1.861 million for life-affirming work as of 2024. The organization has grown significantly, with more than 292 missionaries completing the formation training and participating in the National Ride since its beginning in 2009. By the end of the fifteenth annual ride, participants will have pedaled over 36,400 miles across the nation.
