The Neenah-Menasha Emergency Society (NMES) was organized in 1906. NMES is an all-volunteer organization who provide emergency resources to support residents of the Neenah and Menasha communities. The mission of the Neenah-Menasha Emergency Society (NMES) is to provide emergency financial aid to residents of Neenah and Menasha who struggle to afford basic needs, usually as a result of a family emergency or crisis. NMES is often the last resort for these individuals and is called upon when other avenues for assistance have been exhausted.
