OUR MISSION No Shame On U is dedicated to eliminating the stigma associated with mental health conditions so the people who need the help will seek it family members and friends will know how to provide proper support and to save lives. What we do No Shame On U achieves our mission through community outreach programs workshops an online presence of over 120000 social media followers weekly blog podcast and postings distribution of our fact sheets crisis information and videos and educational presentations for audiences of all sizes. We partner with organizations throughout the Chicagoland community and the country and are known for our inclusive consistent and responsive programming for people of all ages and backgrounds.
