Junior Achievement (JA) is an impact organization that partners with volunteers from the community to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy. The three pillars of JA are work readiness, financial literacy and entrepreneurship. Our vision for Junior Achievement of the Bluegrass is to empower future generations to be financially independent creating a vibrant regional economy.

Schools and Parents Junior Achievement provides activities guides thought leadership and lots of additional resources to support learning. Partners Junior Achievement partners with corporations and individuals to fund the programs that are delivered to our local students.
