Our goal is to continue Old Towns evolution as a safe and vibrant location to live work and laugh. We host the Wells Street Arts Festival the first weekend of June every year. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone next weekend (June 14 & 15) for the 50th anniversary of the Wells Street Art Festival. While enjoying the festival, be sure to stop by Burton Place Plaza to admire our new sculpture, sponsored by SSA 48. The sculpture, created by artist Jack Howard-Potter, was installed today through partnership with the Chicago Sculpture Exhibit.
