As Women's History Month is coming to a close, we wanted to take a moment to share some highlights from this month's mixer at @margesstillchicago ! Marge's Still holds an important place in Chicago Women's History, as it's former owner and namesake Marge Landeck was the first woman in Chicago to hold a liquor license. Be sure to check out Marge's Still at 1758 N Sedgwick St, and keep your eyes peeled for our upcoming OTMRA Members April mixer at Kanela Breakfast Club. . #oldtown #OTMRA #margesstill #womenshistorymonth (fb)

In honor of Women's History Month, we are excited to host our Monthly Mixer at Marge's Still. In case you aren't familiar, Marge's is one of the oldest running taverns in Chicago, having been established in 1885 and persevered through the prohibition era. What makes Marge's Still even more extraordinary is that back in 1957 when Marge Landeck took ownership of the bar, she became the first woman in Chicago to have obtained a liquor license! Come swing by Marge's Still and celebrate Woman's History with us! . #oldtownmerchants #OTMRA #WomensHistoryMonth (fb)
