Some of these sweet souls had been waiting in the shelter for over a year, passed over time and time again. But all they needed was a chance — a soft bed, a loving human, and a little patience to shine. Fostering gives dogs a break from the stress of shelter life, helps us learn more about their personalities, and often brings out their very best selves.
