The corporation is a spiritual not for profit formed for charitable purposes. The corporation will assist people in their pursuit of happiness and spiritual harmony through the principles common to Aikido, Yoga, Kung Fu, meditation as well as principles common to all major religions, spiritual philosophies and psychology, which may assist them with their daily lives and activity. This will be accomplished through discussion, demonstration and through small interactive group work. The corporation is formed for the benefit of all persons, regardless of gender or faith, and seeks to promote a healthy, happy, spiritual and harmonious lifestyle for all.
