CONSIDER YOURSELF OFFICIALLY INVITED! June 2025 will mark ONE YEAR since Trina Fullard transitioned into the chief leadership role at Charlotte Rescue Mission, as well as ONE YEAR since we opened the Beaty Center for Transformation, our headquarters and men’s facility in the heart of Uptown. Along the way, many have asked “with all that transition and change, how’s it going over there?” Well, we’d love the opportunity to not only share with you how it’s *been* going, but where we’re going in the days ahead. In other words we’d love to not only give you an update of all that has taken place in the past year, but also some vision for where we’re headed in the future. And rather than just sending it all in an email, or a piece of snail mail, we thought you could just “POP-IN” and see and hear it for yourself! So on Friday June 6th from 4:30pm-6:30pm, we’ll be opening the doors to the Beaty Center to the public. From 4:30pm-5:30pm, we’ll be hosting tours of the facility so you can see the building “in action.” Then at 5:30, everyone will hear an update from our CEO, Trina Fullard regarding where we are, and where we’re headed. Then from 6:00pm to 6:30, many of our staff and mission leadership will be available to answer any questions you may have about what you’ve seen and heard. Depending on your schedule, feel free to “Pop-In” anytime during the event, and we promise to get you out on time so you have your Friday night free! We’d love for many of our existing partners, volunteers, friends of the mission, and also anyone curious about our work or getting involved to stop by. It will be a great opportunity to connect with us and like-minded people who believe in the transformative work we are a part of. The event will be held at 915 W. 1st Street, Charlotte NC 28202. RSVP’s are not required in case you decide to join us at the last minute, however, if you know for sure you’ll be attending, let us know so we can begin to prepare. Just shoot us a quick email at communications@charlotterescuemission.org and let us know you’re popping in. We can’t wait to see you there! (fb)

We’re incredibly grateful to the Mobile App Development team from Bank of America for volunteering with us! Led by Tori Haxton from Accenture, they did a fantastic job. Their dedication and teamwork in prepping and serving meals made a meaningful impact. Thank you for sharing your time, energy, and generosity - you truly made a difference!
