Hope Care Center | Skilled Nursing Facility for HIV-positive Residents Hope Care Center Welcome Together we can make a difference. AIDS Service Foundation of Kansas City Hope Care Center is one of four AIDS service organizations that make up the AIDS Service Foundation of Greater Kansas City. Money raised through ASF provides food shelter medical care and other services to the diverse communities dealing with HIV AIDS as well as providing public education about HIV infection. With Hope Care Center these groups make up Kansas Citys AIDS Service Foundation Thrive Health Connection provides a diverse array of services including case management mental health counseling transportation emergency assistance and preventioneducation programs for those most atrisk.
