TO ESTABLISH A NON-PROFIT CHILDRENS MUSEUM IN THE CITY OF OSWEGO FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN, FAMILIES, EDUCATORS, AND CAREGIVERS IN THE COMMUNITY. THE MUSEUM WILL HOUSE A VARIETY OF INTERACTIVE EXHIBITS DESIGNED TO PROMOTE PHYSICAL AND INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT.
