WE BROADEN ACCESS TO YOGA, BREATHING AND MINDFULNESS TECHNIQUES, FOCUSING ON COMMUNITIES WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED TRAUMA. OUR CLASSES AND TRAINING SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS AND TEACHERS ALIKE IN RECOGNIZING THEIR POWER FOR POSITIVE CHANGE. WE BELIEVE EVERY YOGA TEACHER NEEDS TRAINING IN TRAUMA SENSITIVITY AND THAT EVERYONE DESERVES ACCESS TO A YOGA EXPERIENCE, FREE OF HARM, REGARDLESS OF AGE, RACE, GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, ABILITY OR CLASS.

THREE AND A HALF ACRES YOGA Safe Supportive Yoga Trauma Survivors are in Every Room 15000 individuals graduate from a yoga teaching program every year. 70 of the US population has been affected by trauma. It is of the utmost importance that yoga professionals are given tools they need to avoid retriggering as vulnerable people enter their space. Three and Half Acres Yoga provides those tools.
