BOLCDCL is a non-profit organization focused on community renewal that provides assistance to people in economically distressed areas through affordable housing, mentoring, education, recreation, and job readiness. THE MISSION OF BOLCDCL IS TO PROVIDE THE MEANS FOR ACCESS TO DECENT HOUSING AND OPPORTUNITY FOR HOMEOWNERSHIP TO ALL BY BUILDING SAFE NEIGHBORHOODS, A STRONGER COMMUNITY, AND MORE MEANINGFUL ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY.
