THE MISSION OF BOLCDCL IS TO PROVIDE THE MEANS FOR ACCESS TO DECENT HOUSING AND OPPORTUNITY FOR HOMEOWNERSHIP TO ALL BY BUILDING SAFE NEIGHBORHOODS, A STRONGER COMMUNITY, AND MORE MEANINGFUL ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY.
