The BSVCA area forms a rough square bordered by Polk Avenue on the north Holmes Run Creek North Van Dorn Street on the west and Jordan Street on the east excluding Foxchase Apartments and the Foxchase Shopping Center. KMS Townhouses are part of the BSVCA area. New to the neighborhood.
