Welcome to the BrookvilleSeminary Valley Civic Association The Brookville Seminary Valley Civic Association BSVCA is a nonpartisan nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the best interests and general welfare of the residents of the BrookvilleSeminary Valley neighborhood. The BSVCA area forms a rough square bordered by Polk Avenue on the north Holmes Run Creek North Van Dorn Street on the west and Jordan Street on the east excluding Foxchase Apartments and the Foxchase Shopping Center. KMS Townhouses are part of the BSVCA area. New to the neighborhood.
