Meow Mobile Meow Mobile Turns 10 Years Old on March 15 On March 15 2025 Meow Mobile will be marking 10 years of helping SCAC cats kittens. We are a nonprofit 501c3 organization founded March 15 2015 by volunteers at Sangamon County Animal Control Adoption Center and dedicated to helping the cats and kittens at SCAC. March 2025 Discounted Adoptions Sangamon County Animal Control Adoption Center is discounting all adoptions during March 2025. All cats go home for just 25 each and all dogs go home for just 50 each.
