New Orleans Fencing Foundation
We want to provide fencing opportunities to those with physical or financial challenges. We have helped start a wheelchair fencing program in New Orleans. The goal of the foundation is to utilize the sport of fencing as a vehicle to develop life skills for physically disabled people to include but not limited to veterans and service personnel; for young people from underserved communities; and young people with learning disabilities or social challenges. New Orleans Fencing Foundation will provide financial and operational assistance, educational opportunities, training, and the sharing of information in the spirit of openness and cooperation. The Foundation will help athletes, coaches and clubs to realize their goals, raise awareness in their community and achieve excellence in their sport and their lives.
