Safe Harbor is a nonprofit allvolunteer network of foster farms in middle Tennessee and southcentral Kentucky dedicated to transitioning retired Standardbred racehorses into new careers and forever homes and outreach to improve the welfare of horses and humans in our region. Funded primarily by private donations from people like you we are passionate about horses educating our communities and making sure our animals find the right people.
