Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive community for patients and caregivers affected by cluster headache that offers patient education and access to accurate, relevant information and resources, as well as drive and support scientific research that results in treatment advances for patients with cluster headache and other trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias.

Today marked my 63rd injection of Emgality, a three-shot miracle that has blessed me with six years free of chronic migraines and cluster headaches, allowing me to work full-time in my dream career. Telespera Counseling is now four years old with a team of four exceptional trauma therapists and hiring two more. We proudly serve six states, accept multiple insurance providers, and have had the privilege of guiding over 200 individuals through their healing journey.
