Earlier this year, Darren Hicks, our Chief Human Resources Officer, passed away unexpectedly after a brief, sudden illness. To honor his life and legacy, and the countless lives he positively influenced, we partnered with the University of Alabama National Alumni Association to create the Darren Hicks Memorial Endowed Scholarship. Last week, we recognized Wenonah High School senior, Jaylen Williams, as the inaugural scholarship recipient.
