TO CREATE MEANINGFUL CHANGE BY INCREASING COMMUNICATION, PARTNERSHIPS AND GOODWILL AMONG STAKEHOLDERS IN THE AREAS OF TREATMENT, ADVOCACY, AND CLINICAL RESEARCH WITH EMPHASIS ON CONSUMERS AND PATIENTS MENTAL HEALTH WELL-BEING.
