The mission of the Myasthenia Gravis Association of New England, Inc. (MGANE), is to improve the quality of life for people affected by the neuromuscular disease myasthenia gravis. This will be accomplished through the raising of public awareness, providing and promoting the education of patients, their families, and healthcare professionals, supporting medical research, and offering the organization's membership and their families optimal emotional support while dealing with the difficult aspect of the illness and to engage in activities that further this mission.
