Founded in 1983 its mission is to preserve create support and sponsor quality affordable housing for moderatetolow income persons or families. The Corporation has received a group exemption as a central organization whose subordinate entities are recognized as exempt from federal income tax under Section 501c3 as well. Some of our more active subordinate entities include AOFPacific Affordable Housing Corp.
