Shepherd Center provides world-class clinical care, research, and family support for people experiencing the most complex conditions, including spinal cord and brain injuries, multi-trauma, traumatic amputations, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and pain. Shepherd Center's mission is to help people who have experienced a catastrophic injury or disease, which has resulted in a temporary or permanent disability, rebuild their lives with hope, dignity, and independence, advocating for their full inclusion in all aspects of community life while promoting safety and injury prevention.

Shepherd Centers Multiple Sclerosis Fellowship is currently taking applications for its 20252026 fellowship year. By participating in a clinical research study at Shepherd Center you can contribute to and improve care for the diagnosis treatment and prevention of complex injuries and illnesses.
