Ninth Life Rescue Center is a non profit, no kill, foster based rescue based in Westmoreland County. To save lives of the underdogs. To get proper medical treatment and spay or neuter every animal we can. To cut down on feline population by Trap-Neuter-Release of feral cats. To properly screen applicants and find the best possible forever home for each animal. To provide a lifetime commitment to those animals in the event their owners cannot keep them.
