We are a nonprofit working to develop empowered villages in Uganda. Hearts & Hope is focused on empowering lives of communities & children in Uganda. The mission of the organization is to provide children ages three to seventeen and their families who have experienced the death of a loved one, a safe environment in which to share and experience loving support while moving through the grieving and healing process
