We also manage some local colonies and provide food for caretakers. Operation Fancy Free Inc provides TNVR services for community, feral, stray and owned cats. We facilitate the rescue of felines in eminent danger to relocate or transfer to other agencies for adoptions. We are all volunteers, no paid staff and minimal administrative costs. We strive to reduce the overpopulation of felines in rural WV and eliminate the destruction of cats in our small rural shelter. We also feed and care for multiple colonies at local businesses, daily. We provide donated food to caretakers of multiple managed colonies to ensure the cats have food.
