Calebs Feet Foundation Calebs Feet Foundation Bringing Cervical Cancer and HPV Awareness to Our Community Mission Statement Mission Statement The mission of Calebs Feet Foundation is to increase awareness about the Human Papilloma Virus HPV and its relationship to cervical cancer along with other related cancers by empowering the greater community. Calebs Feet Foundation desires to improve the access to information about cervical cancer through education health screenings and reducing the number of women dying from the disease because of late diagnoses. Calebs Feet Foundation will partner with likeminded organizations to educate the community on the facts of HPV and why they should vaccinate their sons and daughters for the human papilloma virus HPV.
