Camp Spring Creek Camp Spring Creek is a residential summer camp in the North Carolina mountains offering dyslexic children oneonone reading instruction plus arts friendship and fun in the outdoors. Adventure The beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina offer unforgettable opportunities to connect with nature. Fun and teamwork in the outdoors leads to greater selfconfidence for our campers. Academic Program Oneonone OrtonGillingham tutoring throughout the summer helps campers become empowered independent learners.
