MeMA-Music, Inc. – Teaching Social Justice Literacy History and Culture Through Music Welcome to MeMAMusic Connecting Students Lives with Students Learning Harness the power of artsintegrated learning to Engage and Inspire MeMAMusic offers art residency programs for middle and high school students that creatively integrate the transformative power of music and art into academic learning. Our lessons and activities help students enhance their literacy social science technology civics and socialemotional learning skills and foster a deeper understanding of the world around us in a safe and welcoming environment. Students investigate the world think critically and express ideas through art music and multimedia to communicate messages that matter most to them and express their ideas in ways that unite people focusing on themes that promote unity resilience empathy and communitybuilding. Connecting Students Lives with Students Learning Our programs aim to help students see how what they learn in school connects to real life.
