We’re so proud to have collaborated with the Maternal Health Equity Collaborative (MHEC) at our community Baby Shower! 🎉 Their mission to offer free, culturally congruent, high-quality in-home childcare to Black, Brown, and Indigenous parents in Central Texas during the perinatal period is a game changer. To access this amazing support, parents must be participants with one of MHEC's partner organizations, such as Mama Sana Vibrant Woman, Black Mamas ATX, and Gals. We’re excited to continue working with MHEC to re-envision what community care looks like and to eliminate racial inequities in maternal health outcomes. : ¡Estamos muy orgullosos de haber colaborado con Maternal Health Equity Collaborative (MHEC) en nuestra fiesta de bienvenida al bebé en la comunidad! 🎉 Su misión de ofrecer cuidado infantil gratuito, culturalmente congruente y de alta calidad en el hogar a padres afrodescendientes, hispanas e indígenas en el centro de Texas durante el período perinatal es revolucionaria.
