Voices for a second Chance (VSC) has the mission of providing services that ensure successful connection of justice-involved individuals to family, community, and resources. Our goal is to reduce the recidivism rate in D.C and know that individuals in the criminal justice system who are given services pre- and post-release from incarceration make a successful transitions to positively contributing citizens to our economy and community. For over 50 years, VSC has been a bridge for many, and we will continue to advocate for real second chances for our justice-involved individuals and their families.
