Carrfour develops operates and manages innovative housing communities for individuals and families in need through a unique approach combining affordable housing with comprehensive onsite supportive services. As the leading notforprofit provider of supportive housing in Florida Carrfour has supplied homes for more than 10000 formerly homeless men women and children since its founding. We build community.

Daniel and Steven, who experienced homelessness for 5 years, received the keys to their new home at Carrfour’s Heritage Park in Melbourne, Florida. Heritage Park is a groundbreaking community—the only one in Florida that blends supportive housing for formerly homeless and disabled individuals with affordable and market-rate housing. It also features an on-site full-service health clinic, operated by the Brevard Health Alliance, open to the entire community.
