Daniel and Steven, who experienced homelessness for 5 years, received the keys to their new home at Carrfour’s Heritage Park in Melbourne, Florida. Heritage Park is a groundbreaking community—the only one in Florida that blends supportive housing for formerly homeless and disabled individuals with affordable and market-rate housing. It also features an on-site full-service health clinic, operated by the Brevard Health Alliance, open to the entire community. Congratulations, Daniel and Steven, on this new chapter! (fb)
