DCJJC develops and implements systems of collaboration to address the needs of individuals involved in the Juvenile Justice System. DCJJC supports programs designed to redirect youth who come into contact with the juvenile justice system, promote their education, protect the best interests of the children, and restore the lives of neglected or abused children. To support the efforts of the DeKalb County Juvenile Court to recognize and respond to the trauma-related needs of youth and their families, and to develop sustainable pathways to empower youth toward success.
